Cement Plant Machinery

We manufacture the complete range of mechanical equipment for Cement Plants. Given below is a brief overview of some of the large machinery.

Large size Ball Mills for Raw Mill, Coal Mills and Cement Mills
The largest Ball Mill supplied by us is a Unidon Mill for M/s.Sanghi Cements. Size 4.2M dia x 11M Long. Wt - 65 tons

Vertical Roller Mills for Raw Mill, Coal Mills and Cement Mills
We have supplied VRM’s to Loesche & OK’s Design to various customers like Himambuja Cements, Sanghi Cements, Lakshmi Cements, Chettinad Cements and so on. We have supplied the complete internals for VRM for Halla Cements, Korea

Rotary Kilns
Some of the largest Rotary Kilns in the country are manufactured and supplied by KCP. We have supplied a huge Rotary kiln of 5.6M dia x 84M long to M/s.Sanghi Cements.

Sugar Plant Machinery

KCP Heavy Engineering division manufactures and supplies all the mechanical equipment for a sugar plant according to the drawings and designs provided. The KCP group company FCB-KCP, however handles the complete design of machinery and undertaking of turnkey projects.

Steel Plant Machinery

For over three decades we have been manufacturing steel plant equipment according to customer’s specification and various international codes.
Our customers are steel majors like SMS, Germany, MDM, Germany and VAI Austria. We have manufactured Continuous Casting Machines for the Rourkela Steel Plant in India according to MDH Germany design and specifications continuous casting machine for the Bokaro Steel Plant to VAL Austria design and specification.We have manufactured a Ladle Turret for Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Plant, in South India. This ladle turret is also built to MDM design and drawings. Power Plant Machinery

We manufacture a wide range of Hydro Power Plant equipment. We have the right technology and manufacturing expertise to fabricate and machine critical components for Hydro Power Plants.

Distributor

We manufacture hydro power components of various capacities for turbines and generators. Some of the critical assemblies include the Distributor assembly, Butterfly valve assembly and Butterfly valve sleeves for the Hydro Turbine and Rotor spider with shaft assembly, brackets assembly and bearing assembly for the Hydro Generators.

We have manufactured and supplied the complete range of mechanical equipment for the Francis Turbine and Generator for KOYNA Hydro Electric Power Station (4 x 325 MW) in Maharashtra, India through Alstom Hydro (Turbine parts) & Alstom Hydraulic (Generator parts), France.

General Engineering Machinery

We have been manufacturing low alloy and carbon steel castings for the past three decades, catering to the needs of the various process industries. We specialize in casting and machining of Gears, Tyres, Support rollers, Mill ends and Pinions for sugar, steel, cement & fertilizer projects. We have also supplied ball mill gears for power plants.
Gears
Gears of various sizes and wide range of material compositions are cast and machined at our works to customer’s requirements. The gears are manufactured in single piece or in halves or in quarters based on the size and weight of the castings. The maximum single piece finished weight that can be cast and machined would be 10Tons. The maximum size of the gear that can be machined at our machine shop is 8500mm OD, 40Module and 1500mm Face Width.
Gears are machined by hobbing or by generation process depending on the profile required.

	Support Roller The support rollers are casted, machined and shrink fitted with the forged shafts. The maximum size of the support roller that can be casted at our foundry is 2000mm. The maximum weight of the casting is 10 Tons single piece. We are also equipped to carry out other assembly works including shrink fitting of bearings, plummer blocks along with the bed frames.

Process Industry Equipment

Pressure Vessels & Columns
We manufacture a wide range of equipment to serve critical needs of various Process plants.
KCP has been authorized by the American Society of Mechanical Engineering (ASME) to design, manufacture and supply Pressure vessels as per ‘U’ code and Boilers as per ‘S’ code.
Closed Blowdown Drum

We have been working with inspection agencies like Engineers India Ltd., Lloyds, Bureau Veritas, Projects & Development India Ltd., MECON and other reputed engineering consultants. We have designed, fabricated and supplied nine flash vessels for Alumina Digestion plant as per the ASME ‘U’ code to M/s Hindalco Industries Limited.

We have fabricated vessels for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Vizag, under PDIL inspection. We have supplied Pressure Vessels and Drums to Indian Oil Corporation Limited and GAIL under EIL inspection. We have also supplied various equipment for the Madras Fertiliser Ltd., and IFFCO, Kandla Fertilizer projects through M/s Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd. The range of equipment included parts for Dryer, Granulator and Product Cooler.
We can fabricate process plant equipment of different material grades ranging from Carbon Steel, Low and medium Alloy Steels, Stainless Steels and Aluminium.
